Store Policy

PURCHASES:

All sales are final! After completing an order, make sure all of the information submitted is correct so that we may process the order and get it shipped out without any delays. If any of the information submitted during the ordering process needs correction, please contact our customer support staff within 24-48 hours of the purchase (we cannot guarantee any corrections that are submitted beyond 48 hours of purchase).

Example:

  • first and last name as it appears on customer's driver's license
  • billing and shipping address match customer's mailing address
  • apartment, suite, or building number listed on second address line
  • credit/debit card used for purchase matches up billing address and the name on listed on customer's driver's license

 

PAYMENT PROCESSING:

Successful payments may clear instantly or take between 1-4 business days to clear, depending on the bank (especially if the transaction is flagged by the bank). As a pre-warning, no items will be shipped out if payments are not received, as well as if the payment method declines. Additionally, no items will be sent out if the transaction is cancelled or disputed after ordering. In the event that the customer receives the ordered items and then disputes the transaction, the customer waives their right of receiving a refund (including shipping, taxes and fees) for any items included in the order. All customers must sign for their package when it arrives which serves as proof that the items were received by the customer. We strongly recommend that our customers sign for their own package to prevent confusion and misplaced, lost, or stolen items. If someone else signs for the package on the customer's behalf, we will consider this as an approved signature that was okayed by the customer. Sashay and Slay LLC reserves the right to suspend any customer accounts, connected payment methods, billing/shipping addresses and permanently ban future shopping privileges on our website due to fraudulent activity.

 

SHIPPING:

Items will ship out within 3 business days of successful payment processing. Packages are estimated to arrive within 3-8 business days. We recommend that customers use the tracking number associated with their order to track the package throughout the transit until they arrive. This ensures that they will be notified of any shipping updates or delays during transit. In the case of severe weather warnings, please allow additional days for package arrival. Once the items leave our facility and shipment confirmation emails are sent out, we are no longer responsible.

P.O. BOXES ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE ADDRESSES. We will not ship any package(s) to P.O. boxes. Customers must provide a physical home address.

As stated above, all orders have a signature confirmation requirement when packages are shipped out. Please keep in mind that packages may be sent to the customer's local post office if no one is present to sign for it at the time of delivery. In most cases a small paper slip will be left at the residence to inform of the first attempt to deliver the package, with the option of either a redelivery on the next business day or package pickup from the post office. All items are shipped out in the order that they are received. Items will only be shipped out during business hours on business days.

Double-check all information to ensure that everything is correct before submitting the order. If the customer inputs the wrong shipping address or forgets to add an apartment/suite number they'll need to reach out to our customer support staff to confirm the correct information within 24-48 hours of ordering. If the customer does not resubmit the correct information within that time-frame, the items will be shipped to the address listed on the order. We are not responsible for any loss of items! If the customer moves to a new address in the middle of a purchase, they must request a stop-delivery or delivery intercept with their local post office to hold the package for pickup.

 

HOLIDAY SHIPPING:

During holidays and sale events, please allow an additional 3-8 business days minimum for items to be shipped out. Once shipped, please refer to the tracking number associated with the order to stay up-to-date along the transit and get an estimation of arrival.

 

RETURNS & REFUNDS:

All sales are final! We are not responsible for any missing, misplaced, damaged, lost, or stolen products! Once Items are shipped out, all responsibility lies on the customer to keep up with tracking of the items and sign for them when they arrive. Refunds will only be given in the event of an internal system error, order processing, or item unavailability status.

Example: An item is out of stock but your payment was processed before hand or simply if an item is out of stock and won't be back in stock for a period of time. This includes specialty, limited edition, seasonal, and/or holiday items.

 

EXCHANGES:

Customers will ONLY be allowed to exchange if company agrees with it being a mistake in the overall look/texture/packaging of the item as well as the item itself.

Example: if you receive the wrong lengths or textures. Items must be in it’s original packaging, texture, and length that you received it in. You will not be able to exchange any items if you have installed/worn them prior to exchange. If the items that you purchased are altered in any way, you will not be able to exchange them! To inquire about an exchange, you must contact me via email within 24-hours after receiving your package. Please include your name, order number, information about your order, and photos of the products that you were sent by mistake. If you do not contact me within the time-frame, all sales are final!

 

COUPONS / DISCOUNTS / PROMOTIONS:

Exclusions apply to all promotions! Coupons and discounted items are limited to one offer per customer. Discounts will be taken off the whole order, not each item individually. Coupons can NOT be applied to an already discounted items. Coupons can NOT be combined with any other offer, promotion, or discount. Discounts are NOT valid on taxes, fees, or shipping & handling charges. All sales are final on discounted items! Coupons are not redeemable for cash or cash equivalent. No adjustments on previous purchases.

We are not responsible for any 3rd party websites or pop-ups that ask for your credit card information for free items or sale items. The only sales that we offer will be listed on our official website www.shopsashayslay.com 

 

GIFT CARDS:

Sashay and Slay LLC Gift Cards are issued by Sashay and Slay LLC, a Missouri Limited-Liability Company. These terms and conditions (the “Gift Card Terms”) apply to all digital and physical Gift Cards (each a “Gift Card” or collectively, "Gift Cards") purchased, obtained, redeemed, or used in the United States and its territories. Your purchase, acceptance, or use of a Gift Card constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by these Gift Card Terms. “Sashay and Slay”, “we”, and “our” means Sashay and Slay LLC or its affiliates.

REDEMPTION

Gift Cards are redeemable towards the purchase of eligible goods and services online at shopsashayslay.com, select Sashay and Slay LLC mobile applications, at any Sashay and Slay LLC-owned stores in the United States and its territories, or certain affiliated properties. Eligible goods and services, and affiliated properties, are subject to change in our sole discretion. If a purchase exceeds the balance on your Gift Card, the remaining amount must be paid with another payment method. Upon redemption, any unused balance will remain on the Gift Card for future purchases. You can redeem up to 1 Gift Card per transaction.

LIMITATIONS

Gift Cards cannot be returned; resold; cancelled; used to purchase other Gift Cards; used for unauthorized advertising, marketing, sweepstakes, promotional, or commercial purposes; redeemed for more than face value; transferred for value; or redeemed for cash or returned for a cash refund (except to the extent required by law). Gift Cards may not be applied toward the purchase of goods or services at any Sashay and Slay LLC or Sashay and Slay LLC-affiliated property outside of the United States. Gift Cards are not accepted for international orders placed with U.S. Direct E-Commerce Limited, doing business as “eShopWorld.”

EXPIRATION & FEES

Gift Cards do not expire, and there are no fees associated with any Gift Cards.

VIOLATION OF THESE TERMS

If you violate these Gift Card Terms, we suspect or believe that a Gift Card was obtained, used, or applied to a purchase fraudulently, unlawfully, or otherwise in violation of these Gift Card Terms, or use any Gift Card in a manner that we suspect or believe is fraudulent, misleading, deceptive, unfair, or otherwise harmful to Sashay and Slay LLC, its affiliates, or its customers, we reserve the right, without notice to you, to cancel, hold, void, or refuse to accept such Gift Cards without a refund, suspend or terminate accounts, suspend or terminate the ability to use our services, cancel or limit orders, and bill alternative forms of payment.

RISK OF LOSS

Title and risk of loss for Gift Cards pass to the purchaser upon our electronic transmission of the Gift Card to the purchaser or the designated recipient, our delivery to the carrier, or at the time of purchase for in-person transactions, whichever is applicable. Gift Cards must be obtained from Sashay and Slay LLC or an authorized third party. You are responsible for safeguarding your Gift Card from unauthorized use. Sashay and Slay LLC will not be responsible if any Gift Card is lost, stolen, broken, clipped, destroyed, or used without your permission. Sashay and Slay LLC is not responsible for, and assumes no liability to you for any unlawful conduct or fraud by any third party associated with any Gift Card.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

GIFT CARDS ARE PROVIDED ON AN 'AS IS' BASIS. WITHOUT LIMITING THE DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES CONTAINED IN SASHAY AND SLAY LLC’S TERMS OF USE AND TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS, WARRANTIES, OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO GIFT CARDS, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WE DO NOT REPRESENT OR WARRANT THAT A GIFT CARD WILL ALWAYS BE ACCESSIBLE OR ACCEPTED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY LAW, WE AND OUR VENDORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO ANY PERSON OR ENTITY FOR ANY DIRECT OR INDIRECT LOSS, DAMAGE (WHETHER ACTUAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL OR OTHERWISE), INJURY, CLAIM OR LIABILITY OF ANY KIND OR CHARACTER WHATSOEVER BASED UPON OR RESULTING FROM THE GIFT CARDS OR USE OF SUCH GIFT CARDS. IN THE EVENT THAT WE ARE FOUND LIABLE TO YOU AND TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY LAW, YOUR SOLE REMEDY WILL BE TO RECOVER ACTUAL AND DIRECT DAMAGES WHICH SHALL NOT EXCEED THE LAST BALANCE HELD ON YOUR GIFT CARD.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any dispute between you and Sashay and Slay LLC involving Gift Cards will be governed in all respects by Missouri law, without regard to its or any other jurisdiction’s choice of law provisions, and not by the 1980 United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

Except where prohibited by applicable law, and without limitation to any statutory rights for consumers, you agree that all disputes, claims and legal proceedings directly or indirectly arising out of or relating to Gift Cards (including purchases made with such Gift Cards) shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Kansas City, Missouri, USA.

You consent to waive all defenses of “lack of personal jurisdiction” and “inconvenient forum” with respect to venue and jurisdiction in the state and federal courts of Kansas City, Missouri.

GENERAL TERMS

We reserve the right to make changes to these Gift Card Terms, at any time without notice, from time to time at our sole discretion. All terms and conditions are applicable to the extent permitted by law. If any of these terms and conditions are deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that term and condition shall be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining terms or conditions.
